Jeremy Clayden FRICS

Jeremy Clayden FRICS, Director of Banbridge Estate Surveyors, qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1971 and was appointed a Fellow in 1987.

He originally trained as a residetnial surveyor on the South Coast  with LS Vail and Sons and The Valuation Office, then moved to London in 1977 to King and Company, becoming an investment property surveyor,  acquiring commercial investment properties for major pension funds, insurance companies and other city institutions. He has worked for Donaldsons, Mellersh and Harding, Druce and Company.

He resumed residential surveying in 1999, with Tyser Greenwood, valuing and surveying for the majority of prime and secondary lenders e.g. Nationwide, HBOS, Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of Scotland,  Abbey National to name a few.

Banbridge Estate Surveyors was established in 2005.
