Residential Homebuyers Reports are available to email in PDF format (subject to agreement of our terms and conditions) within Five working days.

Building Surveys Reports are available by email in PDF format (subject to agreement of out terms and conditions)  within Ten working days.

The company's reports are written in plain English.  

Building Survey Reports and  Residential Homebuyers Reports are available as a bound hard copy for an additional fee of £18.50 plus VAT per copy. Building Survey Reports can also come with a disc of photographs attached, for an additional fee of £25, plus VAT per disc.

Banbridge Estates Surveyors are experienced in the surveying of Grade 2 listed buildings, having particular knowledge of historic timber framed buildings (12-18th Century) and a working knowledge in their conservation and repair.
